Head Of Demand Generation & Integrated Campaigns
 
Glean is looking for an outstanding data-driven and creative leader to add to our Marketing Team. In this role, you will report to the Head of Growth Marketing and work closely with our sales and partner teams to play a major role in scaling and optimizing our demand engine. You will be responsible for creating and executing awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels that enable the company to achieve our revenue targets. You will develop and quarterback the execution of integrated marketing programs and campaigns designed to create demand and influence opportunity creation within our target market segment. Above all else, you are a startup-minded, over-achieving Marketing enthusiast who enjoys trying new things and stepping outside your comfort zone. The ideal candidate loves tapping into their creative side and relishes adventure and problem-solving, rather than just implementing or enforcing an established playbook.

Responsibilities:

As to be expected in a start-up moving as fast as we are, the scope of this position will evolve continuously. Comfort with ambiguity is required. Below is a partial representation of what may be included in the Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns scope of responsibilities:

  • Drive the growth of brand awareness, lead generation and engagement within our target segments and personas by using a variety of digital and traditional acquisition channels to generate interactions for our BDR organization.
  • Design, implement, and iterate on Glean’s integrated campaign framework, ensuring effective collaboration and integration with Digital, Field Marketing, Partnerships, Brand Design, Content Marketing/Communications, Strategic Events, Product Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to create streamlined planning and execution processes. You and your team will act as the glue between strategy and execution, ensuring smooth rollout and strong results for Glean’s campaigns cross-functionally.
  • Plan, develop, and execute demand generation programs and integrated marketing campaigns across product announcements, key content assets, creative promotions, meeting makers, and more.
  • Own our Account Based Everything strategy and project manage the execution of various tactics across multiple stakeholders and channels with a focus of driving impactful and measurable outcomes within our target accounts.
  • Lead annual global marketing calendar development, including regular updates and enablement communication for cross-functional teams.
  • Own the webinar program from concept through to promotion, logistics, and follow-up, including direct, 3rd party, and partner webinars.
  • Develop multi-touch omnichannel nurture programs to engage prospects and move them through the funnel.
  • Create conversion-optimized copy for emails and landing pages that promote our campaigns targeting our various personas.
  • Work closely with business development and account executive teams to develop enablement materials and feedback loops for continuous optimization.
  • Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make data-based adjustments.

Requirements and what you bring to the team:

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation in a fast-growing, start-up environment. B2B SaaS strongly preferred.
  • Familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools; SFDC and Marketo preferred. Experience with Sendoso/Postal and Outreach is a plus.
  • Experience with creating engaging and creative content for awareness and demand generation campaigns.
  • Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing conversion-optimized copy for email, landing pages, ads, etc.
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Collaborative team player and self-starter, ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders to bring them along on your journey.
  • Experience driving revenue results across multiple channels, including scaling global strategy for local execution.
  • Experience with and understanding of traditional, digital and emerging channels to create demand.
  • A deep understanding of integrated campaign best practices, playbooks, customer journeys, etc.
  • Experience growing a database organically and generating warm leads for SDRs and BDRs.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
  • Creative, innovative, resourceful, with the ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities.
  • Most of all, a general “can do” whatever-it-takes attitude to solve any problem and win at any challenge.

The standard Base Salary range for this position is $190,000 - $275,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
