The Sr. Director of Product Marketing is a key member of our marketing leadership team, reporting to the SVP marketing. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead the product marketing, growth, and market insights functions. Your teams represent the voice of our consumer, lead our consumer and b2b marketing and growth strategies, and influence product strategy through customer and market insights. You’ll partner closely with leaders across Product, Engineering, and Decision Science to shape cross-org efforts to grow registered active users of Glassdoor’s content and community products. You'll also work with Product and Sales executives and partners to guide our go-to-market strategy.

This is a unique role that spans both consumer and b2b strategy, and is a great fit for someone who excels in shaping high-performing, results-driven marketing teams and forging strong cross-functional partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing, diverse team of Product Marketing, Market Insights and Consumer Growth professionals
  • Establish yourself as an influential voice for how Glassdoor is positioned to both our consumer and b2b audiences
  • Advance our b2b and consumer marketing strategy based on business needs, constraints, and market opportunities
  • Strategically partner with Product and GTM executives to shape product and go-to-market strategies,
  • Guide team to build robust and mutually beneficial GTM partnerships with members of the Recruit family of companies (Recruit is the holding company for Glassdoor).
  • Empower the team to advocate for the voice of the customer/consumer throughout the organization

What You'll Bring:

  • A track record of applying marketing solutions that achieve meaningful business outcomes
  • An intuition about when to lead from in front, and when to empower a talented team of marketers to take the helm

  • 15+ years of proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or strategy consulting. We are looking for a leader with strong critical thinking ability and thoughtful business judgment

We are a remote-first organization with a flexible Where-to-work policy, allowing Glassdoor employees to work remotely, from their home, local office (if available), or Indeed Co-Working locations.

Compensation and benefits

Base salary range*: $192,600-$ $256,000

Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual bonus target**: 25%

**Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews

***Restricted Stock Units (RSU) are awarded at hire and may be refreshed annually. Additionally, as a pay-for-performance company, there are additional RSU grant awards for the very top performers.

Where-to-Work Policy
Being a remote-first company, Glassdoor employees can live anywhere Glassdoor is a registered company. Requests to move must be approved by an employee’s manager and the People team.
