About the Role:
You are passionate about gaming and gaming industry in general and will lookout for great games and game production technologies that will shape the future. You look into detail of games, separate the core game and meta game and identify the best possible ways to integrate the game with Glance. Your day job will be to separate a suitable game for Glance from list of games. You will get an opportunity to work with multiple external game developer partners with varying genre of games and a chance to make them global hits. You will get a chance to work with multiple technologies including Gen AI and Live streaming.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the game development strategy and operations for external game development partners
- Partner with large game developers to bring those games to market where Glance is present
- Help game developers to integrate their games seamlessly with Glance
- Manage the full life cycle of multiple gaming titles
- Collaborate on high potential game ideas and guide partners to bring their games to market.
- Partner with the internal Growth team to launch tests for new games
- Provide actionable feedback to partners based on marketability, retention, and LTV data
- Implement game changes that result in improvements to key performance indicators
- Partner across multiple groups (Growth, Marketing, Design, Art, QA, etc) to take the games to market successfully.
- Troubleshoot basic setup and integration issues
Basic Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of professional experience in mobile gaming in roles like product management or games publishing
- 4-5 years of experience in game product management on mobile game titles that had extensive UA
- 2-3 years of experience in user acquisition for mobile games with ninja level growth skills
- Extensive Experience in taking mobile games to market and emotionally detached with the games and knows when to kill a game.
- Understands production process of games and varying aspects of game creation
- Ability to identify and evolve quickly with mobile gaming trends
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Passion for mobile gaming
- Ability to make important decisions on your own
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
