About the Team

Brand Strategy & Solutions team is responsible to drive revenue from New & Existing Business, by providing adequate media solutions in partnership with regional sales teams. Creative Strategist in this team is expected to understand client business goals, challenges, and opportunities, map the solutions with a mix of relevant Glance product offerings, and help our clients achieve their goals. 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Product and brand strategy teams to discover and identify their mobile marketing solutions and opportunities on the platform 
  • Thoroughly understanding the platform and being the stakeholder for its creative guidelines. 
  • Also working closely with the Sales and Client services teams to ensure the success of every client deal, leveraging internal resources/insights and collecting feedback. 
  • Debriefing the marketing, technical challenges of the client and designing effective and efficient solutions by leveraging the media properties and core product features of the platform. 
  • Coordinating with designers to create smart, impactful creatives & copies for brand campaigns.  
  • Analyzing the performance of campaigns from a creative, messaging, and delivery lens.  
  • Formulating newer creative strategies, visual concepts that will contribute to improved user experience on the platform.  
  • Understanding and surfing market trends to bring in creative innovation, leveraging the power of the lock screen and driving revenue in return.   
  • Leading client discussions on product-based brand integrations to meet the branding objectives and establish strong brand-customer relationships throughout the sales cycle 

Skills Required

  • Experience: 4+ years’ of proven experience and/or exposure to combinations of fields of brand marketing, business solutioning & consulting, digital advertising, media planning etc. 
  • A strong, sharable portfolio with hands-on work for branded creative communications 
  • Strong communication skill – oral & written (i.e. storytelling, copy writing, workshop facilitation). 
  • Proficiency in written and grammatical English as well as comfort with Bahasa linguistics 
  • Adept with using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Slides, Keynote.

  • A creative storyteller with an ability to interpret audience tastes and inclinations, matching them with brand objectives and marketing concepts  
  • Have an ability to understand, articulate, and apply the latest platform, industry, creative trends to seek new advertising opportunities and formulate meaningful best practices.   
  • Quick-on-feet thinking, a creative mindset and in touch with the latest trends on digital media.  
  • A sense of design aesthetics and creative imagination on a limited as well as free-flowing canvas.  
  • Must possess the ability to quickly grasp business concepts and absorb/utilise market research.  
  • A knack of reading consumer trends and behaviour, while correlating it with business, brand and marketing requirements.   
  • Genuine interest and inclination in understanding UX, content, and digital media planning/deliveries.   
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams, entities, and geographies – all within very precise timelines  
  • Self-driven and organized to steer way through any ambiguity and bring simplified, streamlined processes to the table 
  •  Great people skills, high integrity
