We are looking for the first few entrepreneurial leaders and domain experts with passion to build Glance and Roposo in US from scratch and scale to millions of users at an exceptionally fast pace.

Position Overview

Glance is looking for a Director for Brand Marketing. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team in a global company and establish Roposo as a leading creator driven entertainment commerce platform for USA. If you love storytelling, brand-building and you are data-driven with experience in designing, managing and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

· 360-degree custodian of brand Roposo in USA including positioning and brand health management

· Tone setter: Identify the right pitch, positioning and brand strategy for the launch of Roposo to accentuate the differentiated proposition of “creator driven entertainment commerce”

· Agency knowhow: Create a framework for selection, get the leads & onboard the right creative agency to partner in lines with brand objectives

· Buzz creation: Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns across leading digital, social, print, mass media platforms with emphasis on earned media to position, create excitement & demand, and drive buzz and share of voice for the brand

· Performance budgeting: Work with creative agencies, developing creative briefs and media plan for campaigns. Manage budgets on media and agency spend.

· Supervise advertising and other forms of marketing across channels (digital including social, offline, email, print, tv, outdoors) to maintain consistency in branding

· Metrics driven: Develop a data driven scoreboard to analyse the success of marketing campaigns

· Team builder: Hire and manage a team for various roles across categories as needed for growth of the brand

· Live in the Future: Carry out market research in order to identify insights, measure brand health, keep up to date with customer trends, and to predict future trends.

· Get impact in business: Link the creative ideas & brand campaigns to accentuate user growth, creator growth and commerce brand growths on the platform in a measurable format

· Action oriented: Funnel insights from consumer insights and marketing campaigns to shape product development

Requirements

§ 10-14 years’ experience in managing B2C brand preferably digital

§ At least 5 years’ experience in brand management / strategic planning

§ Experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns with minimal external inputs

§ Experience in working in an International set up across countries

§ 0 to 1 experience of creating a brand is a plus

§ Experience working with agencies, developing creative briefs, developing media plans

§ Familiarity with digital platforms, advertising and marketing stacks

§ Strong attention to detail and capable of continuous prioritization in a dynamic work environment

§ Ability to manage multiple programs and prioritize towards results and overall business success.

§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

§ Deeply engrossed in USA live commerce and entertainment video space is a plus
