About the role:
Glance, the world’s first screen-zero content platform, and The Collective Artist Network, one of the largest talent management agencies in India have come together to create Glance Collective, India’s only fully integrated influencer-commerce marketplace. Collective, formerly known as Kwan, has invaluable access to premium talent pool, which includes the absolute A-list of Bollywood, and top social media influencers.
This strategic alliance integrates Glance’s expertise in user engagement, content, and distribution with Collective’s deep relationship with top Indian celebrities, to build multiple D2C brands, powering a new social commerce economy in India.
You will report into the Head of Marketing at Glance Collective and will help build multiple Celebrity & Influencer led D2C brands. You will help conceptualize and create brands, develop their GTM strategy, and drive awareness, in line with overall strategy for each brand. You will also work closely with the Glance and Roposo teams in jointly creating an end-to-end brand proposition on these platforms:
Overall Strategy: You will be responsible for the branding and marketing of In-house brands, working closely with our partner-creators. This will include creating and launching brands, developing brand assets across customer touchpoints.
Brand development: You will co-create brands with our partner-creators defining the brand personality, identity and purpose. You will also support merchandising, helping translate the brand personality into relevant product lines across elements of the marketing mix.
Launches and Brand campaigns: You will develop and execute brand launches leveraging internal and external channels. You will also run regular brand campaigns to increase awareness and salience of the brand.
360degree Brand communication: You will own the brand communication, engagement and reputation management across communication & distribution channels including online store(s) and social media.

The ideal candidate will have:
- >5 years of brand marketing experience managing launches and digital campaigns
- Strong understanding of the Brand development process
- Experience in building a strong brand following and engagement on social media
- Past-experience in creating creative, highly engaging campaigns delivering exceptional results
