About the role 

Glance TV is a foray into reimagining the way in which content is consumed on TVs by building a zero-friction, personalized and fun experience that users feel excited to engage with. The entire experience is being conceived from zero-to-one in an AI first manner and involves close partnerships with leading connected TV platforms and content creators.  

As Senior Product Manager for User Experience on Glance TV, you would be owning the entire user experience on TVs and be responsible for conceptualizing and building it from scratch. You would be instrumental in establishing the proposition from Zero-to-One and eventually growing it to 10x. The ability to identify and solve problems from a user’s perspective along with having a knack for building rich experiences that leverage the power of AI would be essential traits for this role. 


What you will do: 

  • Drive, own, execute and iterate end to end user experience on Glance TV. 
  • Define new features unlocking exponentially higher value for the user compared to what currently exists while being aware of the guardrails. 
  • Partner and work together with best-in-class teams (Internal & External - Product, Engineering, Data Science, Design, Content) to ensure best user experience in the most optimal manner. 
  • Navigate through ambiguous problem statements and structure them into well-defined user first solutions. 
  • Derive actionable insights through quantitative and qualitative analysis of users’ interactions to improve user experience. 

What you bring to the table: 

  • Ability to solve problems through a strong first principles, user-centric approach with high bias for action and ownership. 
  • Subject matter expertise in building scalable content experiences in a product management role, with a know-how of leveraging design, data science, technology and partnerships to roll out best in class experience. 
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous scenarios and translating them into user first outcomes through structured, first principles approach while being aware of guardrails. 
  • Ease of working with diverse teams across various functions (Product, Data, Engineering, Business, Design, Marketing, Legal) both within and outside the organisation. 
  • Preferred experience of 5-8 years in a consumer facing PM role, managing teams of PMs, designers, analysts is a plus.
