Operations Intern - Implementation Support

Responsibilities
The Operations Intern will play a crucial role in supporting the Implementation Team by assisting with various operational tasks related to project installations. This includes coordinating with external technicians, providing phone support during installations, ensuring accurate documentation, and developing streamlined processes to enhance efficiency.
- Coordinate Installations: Assist in calling and scheduling external technicians for project installations, ensuring timely and efficient deployment.
- Provide Phone Support: Collaborate with the Implementation Manager to provide phone support on the day of installations, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Documentation Management: Cross-check installation documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Update internal stakeholders on installation progress and any relevant information.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with the Implementation Team to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current installation processes. Develop and implement solutions to streamline installations, with a focus on enhancing efficiency and quality.
- Project Coordination: Support the Implementation Team in various project coordination tasks as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and tracking project milestones.
Qualifications
- You are driven to work at companies that have a meaningful impact on stanching CO2e emissions.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Prior experience in project management, customer support, or operations is a plus but not required.
