We are searching for a passionate and self-driven Product Marketer with a keen eye for storytelling and a passion for groundbreaking technology. This role requires a high-energy professional who is comfortable working with cross-functional teams and who can lead engagement internally and externally. Additionally, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for enhancing our brand's influence on social media and capturing our innovation through compelling in-person company event photo and video coverage. 

Compensation

  • Base: $90,000 -$120,000
  • Equity: 0.05-0.10%

Responsibilities

  • Building Sales Assets with New Features/Hardware: Collaborate closely with the product development teams to create compelling sales assets highlighting the functionalities and benefits of new features and hardware. Your insights will help craft unique narratives that resonate with our target market and position our product effectively in the competitive landscape.
  • Propose Launch Strategies for New Product/Features: Coordinate with other departments to stay updated. Take charge of developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new products or features. For instance, when a product like TOU is launched, you will ensure its functioning is easily understood. Your strategies will inform potential users how it works, its benefits, and how to fully utilize its features, driving product adoption and customer satisfaction. Propose these strategies and campaigns and work with the Content Strategist to ensure that these product marketing efforts are integrated in the overall content strategy.
  • Run Internal Training on New Products/Features: Be the internal evangelist for new products or features by conducting thorough training sessions for relevant teams. Cover critical areas such as installation, implementation, configuration, support, and sales tactics to ensure internal stakeholders are well-informed and competent in maximizing the value from these innovations.
  • Social Media Advocacy: Craft and implement dynamic marketing strategies across all social media platforms. Create engaging content, interact with our community, and monitor online presence, ensuring consistency in voice and brand.
  • Event Photo and Video Coverage: Take the lead on capturing visual content at company events. Be ready to highlight our innovative culture, product development milestones, and the behind-the-scenes excitement, managing the complete process from capturing to post-production and publishing.

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in content creation.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
  • Proficient with digital technology and social media platforms.
  • Strong experience in creating persuasive and clear marketing content.
  • Hands-on experience with photographic and video equipment, as well as editing software.
  • Great interpersonal skills with the aptitude to drive collaboration.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel for event coverage and product launches.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of AI technologies such as Chat GPT to augment the content team efforts.
  • Proficient in Google Docs suite.
  • Good knowledge of the marketing technology stack.
  • Hubspot knowledge is deeply preferred.  
  • You are a creative thinker with a passion for creating compelling content and optimizing it for search engines to show the world that we can effectively reduce our dependence on electricity.
  • You are driven to work at companies that have a meaningful impact on stanching CO2e emissions.
