Givens Estates is looking for a full time Maintenance Tech to join our Facilities Services team! The primary purpose of your position is to provide maintenance services to the residents and employees for Givens Estates, and to assure that the highest degree of quality care will be provided to our residents at all times.

What you'll do:

Perform services for residents working within the work order procedure
Advise Supervisor of any repairs needed on campus
Advise Supervisor of any items to be included in budget preparation
Perform routine and preventative maintenance responsibilities
Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor

What you'll need:

Must have, as a minimum, six months previous experience in a maintenance worker or handyman capacity
Must possess skills in carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs
Must possess a valid North Carolina Driver’s License
High School or GED equivalent is preferred

Compensation is $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience, plus our comprehensive benefits package!
