GitHub is seeking a Services Delivery Manager to direct our growing corporate business.  Covering our SMB and Mid Market territories, this leader will focus on driving high-quality customer interactions while accomplishing GitHub goals, ultimately partnering with our services delivery team, our field and services sellers, and our regional delivery directors. The Corporate Services Delivery Manager reports to the Regional Director of Expert Services EMEA. 

Responsibilities 

  • Support our Corporate Field and Services sellers in all sales process to ensure proper scoping, resourcing, and planning
  • Support statement of work and change order creation and approvals
  • Assist in evolving our set of offerings based on sales team, customer, partner, and delivery team feedback
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to set appropriate expectations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with the Partner Channel team and Expert Services to staff and assign resources and schedule delivery of services.
  • Own key business metrics such as bookings, revenue, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate the complex flow of information and decisions that make a successful services engagement
  • Track interaction with customers from initial request through delivery of service and billing
  • Assist with Salesforce.com and Financial Force records keeping 
  • Partner with the legal and finance team on the production, sending, and receiving of customer contracts
  • Be on constant watch for process improvements
  • Seek out automation opportunities for repetitive tasks

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in a customer-facing role in the technology industry
  • Proven track record of planning and managing projects for internal & external customers in the technology industry
  • Ability to cheerfully provide customer service
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong ability to move process forward
  • Self-motivation, energy, and enthusiasm
  • Experience working in a technology company in an operations or project management capacity
  • Understanding of Developers, developer workflows, and Github Required
  • Experience leveraging Financial Force and Salesforce.com
  • Willingness and ability to travel ~5%

 Location: In this role, you can work remotely from anywhere in the Netherlands or onsite in GitHub’s Amsterdam office.
