We are currently hiring 2025 Winter/Spring Engineering Interns for the following teams:
- Terrestrial Demonstration for On-orbit Servicing and Lunar Infrastructure Construction
During the interview process, you will be asked to complete a SPACE ROBOT CONCEPT STUDY ASSIGNMENT that will assess your imagination for the construction of a lunar base according to information disclosed by GITAI. We recommend you watch GITAI's Youtube channel in advance!
Minimum Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must be enrolled in or graduated a Bachelor's or Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or other engineering discipline
- At least 1 year of experience in the design, analysis, and manufacturing of electro-mechanical systems - internship and extracurricular experience applicable
- Strong hands-on/DIY attitude to get things done the fastest way possible
- Strong focus on precision and attention to detail
- Proficiency in 3D CAD and mechanical drawing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in designing robot
- Experience in designing space related hardware (satellites, rovers, etc.)
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to work on weekends as necessary, depending on the work schedule
- Physical capabilities to independently lift objects weighing up to 50lbs

Salary/Pay
$25/hr - $35/hr
Salary for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
