What you'll do:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to conceptualize and design campaigns from messaging to A/B tests to promotional/targeting strategies
  • Work cross-functionally to launch campaigns in collaboration with product and content marketing
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns in real time to ensure campaign success
  • Learn from each campaign and incorporate new insights into future campaigns
  • Enable our sales team to help promote, and utilize our campaigns within their selling process
  • Build channel scalability & ROI by experimenting, establishing repeatable success, and scaling our success through process design
  • Provide input and data on optimal marketing channel strategy & budgeting mix based on campaign data
  • Develop a deep understanding of how to reach our buyer by creating personas, creative messaging that resonates, and continuing to refine our targeting strategies overtime

About you and requirements:

  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Prior work experience in a startup environment (you move quickly and scrappily, and with limited bandwidth, make sound business decisions that move us towards future scale)  
  • Production and process-oriented, with experience running omni-channel campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience scaling marketing programs
  • Great collaboration and communication skills to work with all types of teams and personalities
  • An appetite to move quickly, learn, and stretch across new channels, tools

Bonus points if you have:

  • Account-based marketing trainings and certifications (e.g. Demandbase ABM strategist)
  • Experience with modern marketing technology stack: Hubspot, Demandbase, Salesforce, Google Analytics, lead databases
