What you'll do:
You’ll fuel our engagement strategies by executing our marketing programs, reporting and insights with excellence:
Program and run Hubspot and Braze campaigns end-to-end
Partner on QA of our campaigns and data quality
Report on metrics, developing actionable business insights
Develop operational efficiencies and key needs as we scale
Serve as subject matter expert on our engagement data across multiple sources
About you and requirements:
You’re a self-starter that loves finding multiple solutions to a tough problem
You love running cross-functional processes and executing on the details methodically
Superb project management skills
You are a marketing automation power user. Familiarity with Braze, Hubspot or SalesForce a plus.
You have experience writing basic HTML code in a marketing context - eg. emails, landing pages
Experience working closely with engineering, data science and QA
Minimum 5 years marketing operations or data analyst experience
