We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to be in charge of finding great talent and helping them envision life at Ginger.io. In this role, youwill ensure an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment cycle, working closely with different hiring managers behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly. If you're a team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities, this is the role for you.
Work closely with hiring managers to develop position profiles and understand overall needs and requirements (description, salary, timing, expectations, etc.).
Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across multiple channels for both active and passive candidates.
Launch creative initiatives to engage candidates in both tech and healthcare markets (coaches, therapists, psychiatrists).
Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.
Partner with senior leadership to perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.
Qualifications, experience and qualities:
At least 4 years of experience leading full cycle recruitment for different types of roles.
Demonstrated expertise in outbound sourcing, candidate research, effectively communicating the company’s mission and needs, and closing candidates.
Ability to manage relationships and work in a team environment.
Proven organization skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
Experience in startup environment preferred.
