This role offers deep immersion in a dynamic startup environment, providing invaluable experience in both music and tech. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, intellectually curious, and passionate about live music.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market and industry research on industry trends and shifts as well as competitor strategies to inform strategies
- Generate creative and engaging content ideas to fuel campaigns and social media engagement across various platforms
- Craft compelling, on-brand social media content, especially for TikTok, designed to capture attention, foster engagement, and expand our audience reach. Ensure consistency in visual and narrative style across posts
- Analyze our target audience’s behaviors and preferences and research current trends to ensure we remain innovative and relevant in a competitive market
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work efficiently
- Creative thinker with a passion for content creation
- Videography and photography experience is a plus
- Ability to commit to approximately 15 hours per week
