About the Business Operations Team
One part internal consulting, one part analytics, the GetSales Business Operations team works cross functionally with the sales & systems teams to identify and capitalize on the company’s highest priority opportunities. While the opportunities vary, the data driven approach the team utilizes while taking projects from concept to implementation remains consistent.
About the Inside Sales Team
We firmly believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same. Selling involves influencing someone to act on a product, service or opportunity. The GetSales Inside Sales team focuses on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script; our sales team is able to take a principle-based approach to navigate through any part of the (customer or worker) conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.
About the General Manager Role
As the General Manager, you will provide strategic direction for your assigned account and deliver operational excellence in tandem with building trust and strong relationships with key stakeholders. This person will also be responsible for the overall P&L and success of the business unit. Proving to be a rare and unique opportunity to lead a function within our rapidly growing company, the General Manager role will be an invaluable and influential partner of the GetSales team.
The General Manager Will
Oversee both Sales and Business Operations teams dedicated to the account
Work cross functionally to execute on strategy, while collaborating closely with market, product, engineering, and talent acquisition to grow the partnership
Own the entire Business Unit P&L along with the value GetSales is providing the client(s).
Gain deep insight and analysis into key accounts to ensure fully formed and effective value propositions
Be an industry champion by developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the marketing and business landscape
Lead innovation by keeping ahead of developments and ensuring they are articulated, modeled, and demonstrated to account
You are someone who values a culture that embraces the diversity of thought and experience, while also placing high importance on fostering an inclusive workplace
Ideal background: experience in management consulting, SAAS client services, sales operations, startup business operations
Deep understanding of the mechanics of customer acquisition
Proven track record of leading teams and aiding them in delivering resorts by improving business and prioritizing developing others
You like developing the vision and strategy, but equally enjoy the operational execution and understand when you need to be “hands on”
Exceptional Program management skills - communicate objectives, assemble the right stakeholders, oversee the process, and bring projects to completion
Extensive experience in making data driven decisions with exceptional program management skills
Able to fully understand P&L and the drivers of margin/profitability
Organized, systematic and analytical thinker
