Job Description

The Project Management team is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated intern with strong organizational and communication skills. We value individuals who are outgoing and positive, possess intuitive listening skills, great judgment, and tact. As the command central, we act as the brand team's tactical partner, ensuring the smooth flow of work through the agency. Our role involves assisting in bringing ideas to life by navigating the agency process, anticipating project needs, and fostering relationships effectively and efficiently

As an integral member of our team, you'll provide crucial support to our project managers in setting up and executing marketing campaigns. Your role involves close collaboration with creative, account management partners, and other cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include developing day-to-day project timelines, participating in meetings, taking notes, obtaining weekly project status updates, and fostering collaboration.

You'll play a key role in creating and maintaining files, securing approvals, and assisting in project documentation. This includes identifying project risks, constraints, dependencies, assumptions, and deadlines. Your clear communication skills will be essential in ensuring that deadlines are met, both with your teams and our internal studios.

Throughout this experience, you'll gain valuable insights into working with all departments within the agency, including media, strategy, new business, account management, social, creative, and production. Join us in a dynamic environment where you'll learn and contribute to the success of our projects.
