Makati, The Philippines. Monday to Friday, mid-shift (3pm - 12am PH time)
You will join our Partnerships team and act as a the owner and point of contact for outbound and inbound partner outreach and operational management of our partner relationships. The role will be pivotal in maximising the potential of our partners and helping the partnership managers grow our B2B network globally. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, analytical and data driven, and will be comfortable using CRM applications e.g. Hubspot.
Key responsibilities:
- Outbound: Identify and contact potential corporate partners (e.g. on LinkedIn), setting up onboarding with the Head of Partnerships.
- Handle inbound leads: log, distribute, ensure follow-up, and keep partners updated.
- Send weekly lead reports, manage remittance payments, and distribute slips.
- Serve as the communication link between partners and Ops/Onboarding teams.
- Conduct partner onboarding and due diligence.
- Oversee partner communications, reporting, and remittances.
- Create partner landing pages and needed collateral
- Track partner performance, conduct lead audits, and support business development through opportunity scoping.
- Degree educated
- Experience in Sales Operations (or similar)
- Comfortable using CRM applications e.g. Hubspot
- You are extremely driven and impact-focused!
