Data Entry Specialist - Mortgages (mid shift) | Makati, The Philippines
Monday to Friday, mid-shift (3pm - midnight PH time)
The Mortgage Operations team ensures that our mortgage clients have a world-class journey through every step of their customer journey with us. You will drive Mortgage cases to successful completion by ensuring customers get the help they need over email and phone.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
- Experience in a similar role (e.g. Data Entry, Case Progressor, Case Manager, Post-Sales Specialist)
- Motivation to learn new concepts, try new processes, and contribute feedback on how we can improve.
- Experience working with international customers both in writing and verbally
- Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work out of our Makati office, 5 days per week initially
What you will do:
- Create and update mortgage records via CRM
- Manage supporting documents and collate missing information, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Follow up on all aspects of the mortgage process to ensure smooth completions. This will include working on checklists, completing CRM tasks, and phone calls with external and internal stakeholders.
- Liaise with external stakeholders including lenders and solicitors.
- Report any issues or inconsistencies to team leader
- Collaborate with team members in the UK and The Philippines to suggest improvements to the process.
We expect that this process will take no more than 1 week.
