About the Head of Consumer (B2C) Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture a culture of testing and experimentation to innovate on how we drive member acquisition and retention
  • Build out our marketing data and reporting infrastructure to ensure a strong analytic foundation to support data-driven decision making and campaign optimization
  • Develop and execute a member marketing roadmap that aligns with our corporate strategy and goals
  • Optimize our end-to-end member acquisition funnel across all channels (e.g. digital, print, community outreach, etc.) with full accountability for budgeting, forecasting and results
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign development, including upfront creative strategy, copywriting, and asset development
  • Partner seamlessly with our Product and Growth teams to ensure brand consistency and a seamless member experience
  • Lead the integration and management of all member marketing-related partners, including agencies, freelancers, consultants and vendors, as applicable

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant functional experience
  • Track record of exceeding user acquisition and retention goals
  • Experience in a high growth start-up environment and navigating change
  • Strong understanding of and bias for the quantitative side of consumer marketing and experience using data to drive campaign optimization
  • Willingness to lead the function as a player-coach while engaging cross-functional partners effectively
  • Bias for action, goes after ‘jump balls’
  • Passion for our mission of supporting older adults through the aging journey
  • Experience implementing new marketing campaign management tools and/or related platforms.

Nice-To-Have Qualifications

  • Experience operating in a B2B2C business model
  • Experience in digital healthcare
  • Understanding of the Medicare landscape and payer economics

Additional Job Details

  • This is a full-time, exempt position.
  • This role is based remotely and may entail infrequent (quarterly or less) travel.
  • Expected base salary range of $135K-$190K, based on experience and skills
  • Additional total compensation includes company equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible remote work environment.
