We are thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for a seasoned Senior Account Executive to drive outcomes for our sales initiatives targeting Owners, Developers, and Contractors. This role is pivotal in driving results. The successful candidate will take extreme ownership in executing the sales strategy set by the channel and hitting the annual sales targets within the identified ICP. As a successful enterprise account executive, you must have outstanding communication, negotiation, leadership, influencing skills, and seamlessly build a strong rapport with internal and external stakeholders. If you have prior enterprise SaaS sales experience, the ability to maintain C-level relationships, work with a large extended team, and close six and seven-figure deal experience we want to talk to you.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a Geo specific and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed strategic goals and sales quotas. 
  • Establish and maintain C-level relationships, fostering a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and accountability within the team.
  • Take charge of hitting the annual revenue targets, ensuring meticulous planning, communication, forecasting, and execution for consistent growth.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales leadership, product, marketing, implementations, and customer service teams to optimize outcomes.
  • Execute on the Go-To-Market strategy that has been set by the OCM channel across the geos and ICP. 
  • Build and nurture key accounts, driving new business and expanding revenue with existing clients through effective contract negotiations and strategic engagement.
  • Proficient in utilizing advanced technology tools like Salesforce, Gong, Gong Engage, Tableau, Sales Navigator and forecasting tools to enhance and streamline the sales process. Plus using technology to stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new offerings.

 

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS software sales experience, with a proven track record of identifying and closing six-figure contracts.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise SaaS models and using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability in C-suite sales, solution management, and complex stakeholder navigation.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in sales strategy development and territory management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Preferable background in FinTech and/or PropTech, with familiarity selling to large, integrated investment and development firms.
  • In-depth understanding of the Owner and Developer and GC’s personas.
  • Experience in start-up environments highly regarded.
  • Location: Remote work available from any US location in Geo.
