Position Overview

Geocaching HQ is seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to add to our small-but-mighty Marketing team! As the Marketing Associate, you will support the marketing team’s core initiatives — including content creation, localization, campaign management and analysis. The ideal candidate has experience writing both short and long-form copy, has managed multi-channel communication projects including set up tracking and analysis, and is ready to join a high-performing Marketing team.

In this role, you would have the opportunity to communicate with a global audience, with a chance to use Dutch or French skills (if you have them!). You will work collaboratively with the other members of the Marketing team and will be a part of a variety of projects as you grow in your role. Your work will directly support the company’s and Marketing team’s goals. This is a full-time role.

A full job description will be provided before a phone screen is scheduled. High-level responsibilities for this position include:

  • General Marketing team support and administration.
  • Frequent utilization of internal Marketing tools for lifecycle marketing, website content, email marketing, etc.
  • Cross-team collaboration and liaise with Shop, Creative, Community, and Social Media teams.
  • Support the coordination of engagement campaigns.

Compensation and benefits
We carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your experience and internal equity, when determining individual pay. This position’s FLSA classification is non-exempt. The range for this role is $65,340 - $96,700. This position is eligible for annual salary increases and bonuses (dependent on company & individual performance).
