GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Marketing Intelligence Head to join our growing team. As a Marketing Intelligence Lead at ProBio, you will play a pivotal role in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to inform strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that contribute to the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities in the CDMO area.
  • Utilize various data sources to collect, analyze, and interpret market data, customer behavior, and industry dynamics.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate market intelligence findings to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted strategies based on market insights.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, regulations, and emerging technologies to provide proactive recommendations.
  • Assist in the development of marketing plans and campaigns based on a thorough understanding of market dynamics.
  • Work closely with Sales, R&D, and other departments to align market intelligence with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in market research and analysis, preferably in the CDMO area.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and market research platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
