About GenScript ProBio
GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. Job Scope:
- Draw up and implement the work plan within the group to ensure that the work plan can effectively support the achievement of work goals; supervise and guide the employees in the group to operate in accordance with the SOP to ensure the orderly and efficient completion of the work within the group
- Coordinate resources and be responsible for process optimization and improvement, risk management, quality standard improvement, cost control, efficiency improvement, etc. within the group to improve business competitiveness
- Responsible for the introduction of new technologies and new equipment, OOS survey data collection and analysis to improve work quality and efficiency
- Team management, formulating team goals, formulating a reasonable performance appraisal mechanism, formulating group training plans, and building talent echelons
- Cooperate and assist in the completion of relevant internal and external positions within the department, and complete temporary tasks and public affairs assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Bio-related bachelor's degree or master's with over 2 years of protein expression and purification-related working experience
- Familiar with the production process of protein expression system, and master protein purification technology; those who have been engaged in protein purification work are preferred
- Experienced in team management is preferred
