GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. Job Scope:
- According to the department's rules and procedures, synthesize the targeted Gene required by the customer
- To perform a series of experimental procedures such as PCR, Ligation Transformation, Bacterial Inspection, Plasmid Construction, Quality Inspection and etc. Perform data record analysis, result evaluation and etc.
- Ensure that safety production management regulations and product production SOP requirements are followed strictly. Operate experiments independently which include: Gene Synthesis, Vector Construction, Gene Mutation Plasmid Extraction, Sequence Analysis, Sequencing, PCR, Reagent Preparation, Quality Inspection and etc.
- Problem identified in production process should be reported in a timely manner and actively solve the issues with team
- Make sure the handover of the experiment on the day properly and do simply analysis of the problem is made of the unfinished experiment
- To complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above, with a certain understanding of microbiology and other biological-related knowledge
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Strong sense of responsibility and cost awareness, being proactive and creative
- Excellent professional ethics and team player
