About GenScript ProBio
GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. It is also the first GMP manufacturing platform to provide in vitro transcription (IVT) template linearized plasmids for mRNA vaccines and has supported several mRNA vaccine global enterprises to obtain clinical approvals. Job Scope:
- Manage the daily production affairs of the team, including 5S management, quality control, safety assurance, and equipment maintenance, ensuring smooth and orderly daily production operations.
- Responsible for talent recruitment and training, formulate and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain the stability of the personnel structure.
- Ensure the successful execution of duties, continuously optimize and innovate to enhance the efficiency of human and material resources.
- Collect and analyze production data, adjust work plans and goals in a timely manner, and provide technical guidance to team members.
- Optimize, train, implement, and supervise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve the overall quality level of products.
- Actively promote the introduction of new technologies and equipment, collect and analyze Out of Specification (OOS) investigation data to enhance work quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in a biological-related field.
- Familiar with the production processes and technologies in the field of molecular biology, with over 3 years of work experience in production-oriented enterprises in the life sciences services industry.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem analysis and solving, innovation, and project management skills.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of work responsibility and cost awareness, embraces innovation, continually advance and achieve team goals.
- Possesses team leadership experience, capable of effectively formulating and executing team goals and nurturing potential team members.
- Familiar with relevant regulations and standards, solid experience in quality management and risk management.
- Adaptable to cross-cultural teams, with collaboration primarily involving departments in China region.
