GenScript ProBio is the subsidiary of GenScript Biotech Corporation, proactively providing end-to-end CDMO service from drug discovery to commercialization with proactive strategies, professional solutions and efficient processes in cell and gene therapy (CGT), vaccine, biologics discovery and antibody protein drug to accelerate drug development for customers. GenScript ProBio’s total cell and gene therapy solution covers CMC of plasmid and virus for IND filing as well as clinical manufacturing and commercial manufacturing. In terms of plasmid service, GenScript ProBio supports the most clinical approvals for CGT drugs including mRNA vaccines, CAR-T in China. Job Scope
Manager of Market Development, will be responsible for developing campaigns, content strategy and the production of communications assets that support product management strategies globally.
Primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Campaign Creation & Content Strategy – Partner with Product Manager to assure consistency in the branding, positioning and messaging relating to GenScript’ protein science services globally. Develop content and campaign strategies ensuring the creation of assets that resonate with the target audience.
- Go to Market – Development and execution of go-to-market strategies and plans with the Product Management team, ensuring close collaboration with R&D and Regional Marketing team to deliver product marketing strategy globally.
- Digital Marketing - Work with internal and external stakeholders to create and scale digital channels/campaigns to develop new leads for the assigned portfolios.
- Reporting - Monitor and maintain scientific/technical knowledge of the Protein Science and its impact to the market. Monitor and utilize data from competitive monitoring to assists in messaging and positioning of the portfolio and its impact in the market. Manage KPIs and create reports for the assigned product portfolio to be shared with senior leadership.
- Events - Working with the Reginal Marketing and Product Management Help to define event strategy, Host Digital Events, and support events at domestic and international meetings and trade shows.
- Scientific Content - Ensuring the appropriate level of scientific content when articulating protein services value proposition for content assets across the various stages of the the customer buying cycle.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Marketing experience in the life science industry.
- Advanced degree (Master’s level or above) in protein related fields; with design experience or training.
- Knowledge of the life science reagent market with an emphasis on one or more of the following: protein and antibody.
- Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to operate effectively and succeed in an international business environment
