About this role

Responsibilities: 

Operations & Strategy 

  • Oversee and optimize the marketing operations process, ensuring alignment across Sales & Marketing, while collaborating with Finance & Analytics teams to support forecasting and growth initiatives. 
  • Deliver analytical, process and technology solutions to maximize scale and performance across paid and unpaid marketing channels, reflect industry best practices and serve a growing portfolio of Genius Sports products and brands 
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo, ensuring tools are fully utilized and integrated effectively. 
  • Ensure audience behaviors and signals are accurately tracked and incorporated into digital programs. 
  • Maintain clean and organized marketing and sales databases; provide regular analytics and insights to measure campaign ROI, lead quality, and pipeline contribution. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns, focusing on audience segmentation, email automation, and performance tracking. 

 Data Analytics & Reporting 

  • Design, create, and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to track key revenue and marketing metrics. 
  • Conduct in-depth analyses across channels to derive actionable insights that inform strategy and drive growth. 
  • Manage the technical components of our paid channels (e.g., setting up pixels and monitoring conversion events) 

 Process Optimization 

  • Develop and refine processes for marketing operations, including lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and funnel optimization to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 
  • Document processes to enhance collaboration across teams and optimize workflows for sales and marketing. 

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5 + years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email communication in B2B SaaS or media companies. 
  • Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CRM. 
  • Proven ability to manage marketing technologies and tools effectively. 
  • A forward-thinking approach to stay ahead of marketing trends. - Expertise in identifying and deploying new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.  
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and compliance best practices.  
  • Ability to analyze and build marketing performance dashboards and reports.  
  • Proficient in uncovering actionable insights and translating complex data into strategic recommendations that drive measurable outcomes. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and work seamlessly within teams. 

What’s in it for you? 

The salary for this role is based on an annualized salary of up to $110000 to $120000 per annum depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to take part in Genius Sports Group's benefits plan.
