The Role
As a Product Support Analyst your aim is to provide immediate assistance to our customers and colleagues via email and instant messenger. Your daily task will be to map sportsbook feeds to Genius Sports data, ensure necessary sporting fixtures and aliases are correctly set up in our databases and perform other daily tasks that ensure extensive product offering to our clients in a timely manner. You will be regularly monitoring the sportsbook feeds mappings, investigating customer reports and providing assistance and feedback to any problems that arise.
- Communicating with relevant teams, solving problems.
- Monitoring and matching sports data such as fixtures, markets, betting odds.
- Solving and prioritizing problems inside the company and the parent company.
- Forwarding the information to the Development Team when necessary.
- Helping Support Operators and other internal teams with their work.
Required skills and Experience
- Excellent knowledge of sports
- Basic understanding of betting markets
- Good communication skills, including written and spoken English.
- Great multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good problem-solving skills
