The Role

Are you passionate about digital marketing and eager to make a real impact? We are seeking a Digital Marketing Support Specialist to be the go-to person for our clients as they embark on their programmatic advertising journey. In this role, you’ll understand client needs, and guide them through the onboarding process—from tracking setup to creative integration and ongoing technical support for their digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Onboarding Assistance: Help clients smoothly transition into the programmatic environment by guiding them through the setup process.
  • Tracking & Reporting Setup: Ensure clients have the right tracking mechanisms in place to measure campaign success effectively.
  • Creative Integration: Support clients in setting up their creative assets for campaigns, ensuring they align with technical specifications.
  • Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Be the first line of defense in resolving technical issues, providing timely solutions and guidance.
  • Campaign Reporting: Build a rapport with clients, from C-level executives to managers and support staff.
  • Client Interaction: Support relationships with clients by understanding their goals and providing personalized campaign support.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and programmatic advertising, sharing insights with clients and the team.

 Required Attributes, Skills and Experience 

  • A proactive problem-solver with a passion for digital marketing technologies.
  • Great verbal and written communicator, able to convey technical information in an accessible way.
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and project management.
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or client support related positions.
  • Knowledge about the digital advertising environment is a plus, but a willingness to learn is key (this may include Social Networks, Ad serving, DSP exchange platforms, RTB, Header Bidding, Tagging, Feed integrations, Post-back Tracking, Mobile SDK, etc.).
