THE ROLE: 

As the Junior Technical Services Analyst you will be able to effectively troubleshoot, analyse, prioritise and resolve issues related to hardware and software in a timely and efficient manner. You would be the first point of contact for issues with end-user devices, IT related hardware in the office and our workplace applications. Most importantly though, you will have strong customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written) along with a strong work ethic.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware via a ticketing system, phone, email, and chat
  • Help automate processes for the above
  • Administer user accounts
  • Perform software application installations and upgrades including patch management on Windows 10 and Windows Server machines
  • Provide general Network and Printer troubleshooting
  • Manage and track assets
  • Set up new hire hardware, phones and software
  • Procure IT related hardware for new hires and the local office
  • Application support of Microsoft Office 365 products and other workplace products
  • Assist remote users from around the globe
  • Install and support hardware for the Genius Sports Group offices
