What will you do?

The role will initially focus on updating and monitoring different sporting events ‐ including NFL, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Cricket, E-sports, Darts, etc. Shift work including weekends and evenings is standard. Experience is not necessary, so this could be your opportunity to forge a career within the sports services industry! You will be fully trained by our excellent specialists.

 

Main Responsibilities:

- The main focus of the role is to monitor and collect data from live sports events all around the world and to manage and maintain the company database through data entry and updates on various sporting events;
- Research, review, and understand different match reviews, match reports, and sports news and to react in any case of discrepancy in the provided information compared to various external sources;
- Working with custom software.

Required skills:

- Strong English verbal communication skills;
- Passion for sports;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- A strong and committed work ethic;
- High customer service focus;
- A proven ability to see problems through to their resolution;
- Ability to acquire knowledge quickly and accurately;
- Flexible and resourceful;
- Working hours vary based on shifts, mostly work during the weekends and late hours during the week is required.
