What we're looking for
We're looking for a motivated and inquisitive operations manager to join our product team. We view this role as the backbone that merges our product, design, and engineering teams together to ensure we ship the highest quality product as fast as possible.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work across the entire lifecycle of a consumer social product and level-up your skills as we grow.
What you'll do
- Work directly with product management and design to finalize requirements for new features.
- Manage the release process to ensure speed, completeness, and quality of new experiences in our web, iOS, and Android apps.
- Answer key product questions affecting the success of communities on Geneva.
- Identify and implement process improvements that keep the product and engineering teams running as efficiently as possible.

- 2+ years experience in an operations or analytical role.
- Experience collaborating with engineering, design, and/or product teams.
- Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred, or relevant technical experience)
