As we grow to achieve our mission, we’re looking for a global digital marketing manager to help accelerate our recruiting and business development efforts across the world.  This person will ensure we get more and better candidates for our programs and reach more employers by leveraging best in class tools and processes.

What you will do

  • Ensure all digital marketing recruiting efforts in Generation are effective by both supporting work from other agencies and teams, with an eye towards the technical aspects, and running specific campaigns directly
  • Coordinate the execution of strategic digital marketing experiments in different countries, measure the results and plan global roll-out of successful findings
  • Help country teams identify the right partners and agencies for them in each market
  • Define standard processes and tools for Digital Marketing and assist countries in the utilization of these, incl. measurement and reporting of digital marketing campaigns
  • Train key users in the different locations on best practices and utilization of digital marketing tools
  • Support the communications/marketing team in the development of communications plans for each country as technical advisor

To be successful you'll need:

  • 4 - 7 years experience in marketing roles, with extra depth in digital marketing campaign execution and tooling
  • Experience with understanding a youth market
  • Experience managing campaigns across multiple countries
  • Ability to work and manager relationships with different agencies in each market
  • Understanding of both B2B and B2C customers
  • Strategic view and willingness to get your hands dirty and dive deep into execution
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Experience in optimizing CRO, landing pages and user funnels
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Knowledge in content development and production
  • Experience working with teams of multiple countries and cultures will be an advantage
