The CRM Administrator II needs to interact daily with internal business users to understand and support both business process and technical requests. They need to have the ability to understand the interrelated CRM systems landscape. This person will be interacting with all levels of the organization and must have excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. Must continuously work with both end users, subject matter experts and technical resources to review, understand the impact and maintain the CRM database as needed. The CRM Administrator II must be able be both process oriented and technical.
What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the CRM Administrator II:
- Act as a primary end user support person, & escalation point for process & technical questions.
- Oversee the maintenance of existing Salesforce & Dealcloud CRMs & related infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot end user issues & provision/terminate users as necessary.
- Address any feedback issues from end user expectations.
- Develop and Facilitate End User Training.
- Design, build and manage internal business system projects applying Systems Development Life Cycle Methodologies in compliance with the approved company project roadmap.
- Aggressively meet project timelines.
- Communicate weekly status updates to Director, CRM Implementation.
- Manage weekly action items and project plans.
- Manage the analysis of large data sets & manipulate as necessary.
Candidate qualifications & core characteristics:
- A demonstrated passion for, and commitment to, our mission
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce or DealCloud Administrator or Technical Business Analyst
- Industry experience in Financial Services, Banking, Private Equity, Asset Management a plus
- Firm understanding of Software Development Life Cycle protocols
- Solid communication, organizational skills & analytical reasoning
- Extremely detail oriented mindset
- Experience administering CRM, and PRM’s
- Hands-on with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
- Hands-on building and modifying custom apps
- Hands-on with Salesforce Flows and/or Dealcloud Automations
- Hands-on with Approval Processes
- Hands-on writing complex Formulas & Validation rules
- Strong familiarity with Complex Automation and its capabilities
- Experience training cross departmental users
- Proficient at writing User Acceptance Testing documents
- Ability to work well with team members and internal customers
- Firm ability to analyze & problem solve complex business processes
- Experience with the following applications: Salesforce, DealCloud, DocuSign, Outlook Integrations, DemandTools, DataLoader / Xappex, Conga, Account Engagement / Pardot, Formstack, Skuid, Box, Zoominfo/Preqin, Ironclad CLM, TaskRay

Generate’s compensation packages are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. Salary decisions take into account a wide variety of factors including, but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $145,000. In addition, the compensation package may include a discretionary bonus and other benefits, including health care benefits, retirement benefits, benefits permitting paid days off (including sick leave, parental leave, and paid time off or vacation benefits), and other benefits that must be reported for federal tax purposes. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of this range.
