This role will directly oversee the APAC outcomes teams owning regional success metrics. This role reports to the VP - Operations (APAC).

The Manager, APAC Outcomes will be responsible for developing a cohesive outcomes and employer partnerships strategy that enables the region to deliver on its outcomes value proposition. 

In addition to developing a near-term and long-term outcomes strategy and vision, they will ensure we are properly staffed across the region, that we are delivering a quality outcomes experience to students and seekers, that we are developing and maintaining outcomes partners and that we are hitting outcomes KPIs. 

They will work closely with APAC leadership functions (including Revenue and RAD function) to ensure the unified success of the region.

Additionally, they will work with the global outcomes matrix team, the product team, the marketing team and admissions to ensure the Outcomes strategy is cohesive across all teams and that we are building the tools/products necessary to support their team. 

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Manage a team of ~5/6 career coaches
  • Work with team to build a regional Outcomes & Employer Partnerships strategy that ensures delivery across B2B, B2C and B2G revenue streams and multi modalities (in person/online)
  • Ensure the quality experience of GA Immersive Students and Seekers  
  • Manage the P&L of all components involved in Outcomes
  • Work with the VP - Operations (APAC) and Campus Managers & Admissions to set inventory and execute on inventory strategy
  • Work with Manager, APAC Instruction and Manager, APAC Local Marketing to ensure the seamless delivery of our student experience in-person and online
  • Responsible for the following KPIs: Outcomes NPS, % Found, % Non-Seeking, Candidate recommendations (*Employer Outreach/Partnerships)
  • Understand the unique needs and norms of each metro and team from government stakeholders, staffing ratios to KPIs and manage accordingly
  • Ensures data and reporting and regulatory maintenance (taking into account unique needs of each market including government stakeholders)
  • Work with global Academic Operations team and Product Teams to ensure we are developing processes, tools and products to support our Outcomes team and build towards our long-term strategy 
  • As part of the Senior APAC Leadership team you will work closely with APAC leaders to ensure achievement of regional business goals


  • Prior management experience required
  • Prior performance track record required
  • A current Coaching certification would be an advantage
