The Manager, Consumer Financing oversees the daily operations all consumer financing programs at GA globally. The role is directly responsible for working directly with our lending partners on program performance, managing day-to-day operations, working with our Sales team to refine the Admissions process, and overseeing the flow of funds between partners and GA.
First point of contact for all inquiries related to financing programs at GA
Management of the consumer facing and backend operations of our Catalyst program
Partner with Social Impact team on launching Income Share Agreement program
Partner with Finance team to ensure that appropriate processes are in place for managing cash flows related to financing (ex. Disbursements and refunds related to cancellations and withdrawals))
Generate weekly performance reporting for Campus Leadership
Partner with Business Intelligence team to automate program performance reporting
Manages student enrollment verifications on a weekly basis to ensure that lenders transfer funds for student accounts
Schedule and attend monthly meetings with lending partners
Partner with Legal team members to ensure lending programs meet regulatory guidelines
Works to resolve high risk financing situations as needed
Partner with manager to set strategy for financing options at GA in US and non-US regions
3-5 years of work experience, preferably in an Operations-focus role
