We are looking for a Director of Client Operations to oversee the strategy and execution of a seamless post-sales experience for our clients. You will be responsible for leading our client on-boarding and support teams and work closely with the Director of Client Success to transform clients into loyal Gather champions.
What you’ll be doing:
Drive Client on-boarding outcomes: oversee on-boarding process for clients and ensure successful client setup and education to accelerate time-to-value.
Drive client loyalty via best-in-class Support: improve client Happiness & NPS via proactive and value-centric client interactions.
Provide day-to-day management, coaching, and oversight of our on-boarding and Support teams.
Create and launch client ongoing education and training programs; implement new programs to enhance our clients’ experience working with Gather.
Partner with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing leadership to coordinate client operations to create the best experiences for Gather clients.
Work with People Operations on hiring, performance management, and professional development
Collaborate with our Executive Leadership team to set the on-boarding and Support team strategy, goals, and lead the execution of key initiatives.

What you should bring:
7+ years of strategic, operational, or management consulting experience
2+ years of management experience
Strong knowledge of the SaaS client lifecycle
