We are looking for a Manager, Sales Operations and Enablement to design, implement, and improve our sales processes, as well as to provide tools and support to the sales team to enable success.
This role reports to the SVP of Sales.
What you'll be doing:
Partner with leadership to implement our sales vision and processes. You will design new and improve existing sales processes
Interpret and understand data and trends in order to make recommendations to drive an increase in sales
Manage our sales tools and technologies; suggest new tools and find ways to improve our existing systems
Work with the Sales Training Manager to support the development and delivery of sales training programs, including new hire on-boarding, continuous learning, product training, feature certifications, and skills workshops
Anticipate roadblocks and take proactive steps to avoid them
What you should bring:
5+ years experience with Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Systems Management
3+ years systems expertise: Understand system interconnectivity, how to evaluate and select new systems, manage vendor relationships, contracts and renewals.
CRM Experience is required, Salesforce is preferred
Experience leading teams through change management
Experience modeling sales compensation plans
Experience implementing training components and leading a training team is ideal
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
