The role:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior People Business Partner (PBP) to join our People team. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and management, driving the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals. This role is key in fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring that our people practices support the organization’s growth and success
What you’ll do:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on HR matters, providing insights and recommendations to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.
- Address complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Drive organizational development initiatives, including change management, team-building, and culture enhancement programs.
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing training and support to managers.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a business partner or similar role.
- Proficiency and Fluency in oral and written English.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to build relationships and drive change.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in HR data and metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR software tools.
