Who You Are:

We are actively seeking an HR Generalist to join our People team based in Hong Kong and responsible for the APAC region. We’re looking for someone with a background in recruiting with broader HR experience who can be the face of the People Team on the ground. This will be the first People Team representative in Hong Kong and we are looking for someone eager to grow in a dynamic industry and company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the People Team in the region
  • Lead and manage all recruiting activity for APAC hires including campus interns and graduates
  • Create a seamless onboarding experience for employees, running background checks, ensuring new hire paperwork is complete and managing the new hire experience
  • Keep a pulse on morale and employee engagement and actively work to make the experience of APAC employees the best it can be
  • Partner with the broader People Team to make the needs of APAC employees understood and listened to and vice versa
  • Locally manage People Team operations including employee data updates and maintenance in HRIS system Assist with benefits administration and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, at least 2 years in a recruiting capacity
  • Experience handling full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing and scheduling candidates
  • Experience in the financial services, technology or crypto is preferred
  • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proactive, self-starter
  • Fluent in English
