What you’ll be doing as an Analyst:
- Collating, analysing and validating key performance data from our clients.
- Supporting and engaging in client calls alongside your team.
- Collaborating with your team in establishing econometric models, building in relevant media and non-media drivers.
- Participate in our industry-leading training academy to procure your knowledge on Gain Theory methodologies.
- Ongoing learning and development to harbour the skills required for career progression opportunities after 10 months.

As an Analyst, before joining one of our client delivery teams, you will benefit greatly from Gain Theory’s best-in-class and industry-leading Training Programme – The Training Academy - led by Gain Theorists for Gain Theorists.
You will be provided with tools and opportunities, so you can continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge of Gain Theory's working practices and methodologies, whilst helping to deliver valuable insights and recommendations to our clients.

- You can demonstrate good problem-solving skills and understanding of consumer behaviour.
- You have the capacity to work and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- You take keen interest in your own learning and development.
