POSITION OVERVIEW
The intern position based out of the Wayne, PA office will support the efforts of the sales office for Global Atlantic including sales technology, training, internal communications and market research. This role will also shadow the various roles in distribution and will be responsible for supporting one of our sales divisions as they try to garner new sales. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the financial services industry and how a sales organization works.
- Partner with sales teams to help drive financial advisor engagement within a defined territory
- Assist with ongoing training initiatives when new products/features/processes are rolled out.
- Assist external/internal wholesalers in planning and coordinating citywide events
- Collaborate with Sales Office event planner to coordinator charity events and employee relations events
- Participate in project meetings that affect distribution and sales support.
- Analyze competitor materials in order to benchmark current affiliated marketing materials.
- Develop and deliver presentation materials with other GA Interns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently enrolled in a four-year degree program, with an anticipated graduation date of May 2026.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skills.
- Results oriented. Works well both independently and in a team environment.
- Understands and meets the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
