POSITION OVERVIEW
Below are the opportunities we hire for:
- Investments
- Have the opportunity to rotate through (2) different desks - Credit, Hedging/Directives, Asset Allocation, or Structuring and Asset Solutions in our Generalist Rotational Program
- Work with our Asset Liability Management and Analytics team as a Quantitative Investments Intern
- Institutional
- Work on our Reinsurance Deal Strategy Team by producing investment analysis on potential deal opportunities Corporate Development:
- Have the opportunity to work with a small strategy team performing analysis on potential business opportunities
- Work on our Reinsurance Deal Strategy Team by producing investment analysis on potential deal opportunities Corporate Development:
- Corporate Development
- Have the opportunity to work on a small strategy team performing analysis on potential business opportunities, fundraising additional capital, deploying capital and more.
- Finance/Accounting
- Rotate through (2) corporate accounting/finance functions such as investment accounting, reinsurance accounting, tax, controller, financial planning and analysis, financial reporting and more
- Technology
- Various opportunities in coding, data science, programming, analytics and more
- Risk
- Opportunities to learn about our various risk functions - enterprise risk, operational risk, insurance risk, actuarial risk, and more
- Actuarial
- Various opportunities across modeling, valuation, product, institutional, risk, and other spaces
- Sales
- Learn about the wholesaling profession and a career selling top notch financial products
- Operations
- Gain an understanding of the processes behind a successful insurance company through a variety of opportunities in customer service, new business, process improvement, licensing, contracting, and more

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited University or College
- Anticipated graduation in December 2025 or May 2026
- Strongly prefer a GPA of 3.0 or higher (may have stricter requirements depending on the role)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, for delivery to a variety of audiences
- Results oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment
- Learning mindset, focus on continuous process improvement
