About the Role
We are looking for an organised, energetic, and dependable person driven by a common goal: to help our EMEA team accomplish great things. This is a multi-faceted role providing direct administrative and calendar management support (60%) to the VP and General Manager, EMEA working closely with the EMEA Leadership team alongside overseeing office operations (40%) in an existing office space in London. This role is based in London and will be required to be present in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable being the go to person who is proactive and has the ability to anticipate the needs of our team before they arise. This is an exciting role playing an important part in shaping EMEA team culture and employee experience by being involved in company wide projects. Qualified candidates will have impeccable verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multitask.
In this role you will:
Executive Assistant related:
- Coordinate and manage the VP and General Manager EMEA’s calendar and schedule, alongside associated administration including: expenses, travel arrangements, bookings, events etc
- Support the EMEA leadership team and wider EMEA team for meeting coordination, preparation, presentations, execution and action tracking.
- Arrange Senior leadership market visits to London and Dublin.
- Work closely with the EMEA Employee Success Lead for event planning, management and execution.
Office Operations related:
- Assist with daily office management including tech management.
- Support with transition to other office spaces and set up of new offices as required.
- Manage office related projects, activities and events.
- Support with global G2 initiatives to be delivered locally.
- Partner with the EMEA Employee Success Lead to deliver an impactful employee experience when visiting and working from the office.
- Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of Executive Assistant/Support experience.
- 1 year of office management experience.
- Proven success and experience in a startup/fast paced environment with the ability to manage time, tasks and conflicting priorities.
- Successful track record working effectively with senior leaders.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organization skills.
- High levels of attention to detail with the ability to be proactive in approach whilst anticipating stakeholder needs.
- A continuous improvement mindset.
