Are you passionate about food and nutrition? We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager, Nutrition and Meals who can help us shape our meal and nutrition offerings for the year ahead by analyzing market trends and crafting a strategic roadmap. This role will report to the Head of Product, you will drive product strategy and execution to foster growth and innovation in a fast-paced, competitive landscape. 

What you’ll do:

  • Own all aspects of product management within the domain with minimal oversight (including vision, strategy, roadmap, delivery, experimentation, organizational readiness, and outcomes)
  • Oversee our food products from the sourcing phase all the way to making them available online. Your role will be essential in bringing our ideas to life
  • Lead the product development lifecycle, working with designers and engineers to produce a groomed, prioritized backlog of user stories
  • Be the voice of our customers internally, working to enhance their experience and drive meaningful changes.
  • Deeply understand the competitive market, user needs, technology landscape, and product data and analytics to make sound prioritization decisions
  • Set clear success metrics. Develop strategies and plans to achieve KPIs. Track and assess the impact of our product initiatives to target.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • Over 5 years of experience in product development with a strong background in nutrition and meals is essential.
  • An ideal candidate has experience launching products at scale within an agile software development environment and also in customer-facing mobile and web apps
  • Experience with product road mapping and go-to-market planning - with strong leadership and execution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and drive alignment across cross-functional teams
  • You excel at communicating effectively and enjoy interacting with development teams, stakeholders, third-party vendors, and researchers.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive, “roll up your sleeves” attitude that thrives in a hands-on environment.

The pay range for this role is $115,000- $230,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
