Role Overview:

There are four openings for Senior Product Managers at FuturHealth, each focusing on one of the following verticals: Medical Platform, Nutrition and Meals, AI Platform, and Product Operations. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will drive product strategy and execution to foster growth and innovation in a fast-paced, competitive landscape. You will lead product management and product design for your respective vertical and collaborate closely with marketing on product marketing.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision, goals and market demands.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration, ensuring high-quality deliverables across key product work streams.
  • Define and optimize conversion, program engagement, health outcomes, LTV and other key product KPIs based on market research, competitive analysis, A/B testing, customer feedback and insights, business objectives, and development velocity.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product design and development, focusing on delivering intuitive, seamless, and engaging user experiences.
  • Communicate product plans, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Ensure that the product experience comply with data privacy, health and tech security regulations and maintain the highest standards of data protection.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management leadership, a minimum of 7 years of overall experience
  • Proven track record building product experiences for health and/or lifestyle D2C subscription businesses; ideally in in early stage companies
  • Proficient in:  
    • Product analytics tools like Google Analytics 
    • Roadmapping tools like Notion 
    • Prototyping and design tools like Figma 
    • Jira and Confluence
    • Customer feedback and research tools 
  • A collaborative team player with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders to help achieve and exceed business results
  • Strong cultural awareness and ability to effectively collaborate with team members from global regions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple priorities successfully

The pay range for this role is $115,000- $230,000 total compensation package. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation such as bonus and equity. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
