Position Summary:  This position will be responsible for direct sourcing for our Korea & Japan open positions, scheduling phone, video and face-to-face interviews. As we plan to expand the TA team in APAC, we are looking for dynamic and self-driven TA specialist who relish the opportunity to talk, negotiate, convince, and influence hiring managers and potential talents. This is a great way to learn corporate recruiting from the ground up. Please note that this role is based in Seoul, Korea.

What you can do for us:

  • Source, engage and recruit talents via various local platforms
  • Build and maintain talents (active and passive) pipeline
  • Conduct introduction and phone/video screening with candidates
  • Analyze ATS data to devise better strategies based on recruiting flow
  • Follow up the entire recruiting process from CV/Phone screening, video interviews, on-site interviews, offer briefing to onboarding
  • Update candidate database regularly (talent mapping) and stay close to market recruiting trend
  • Design and execute recruitment strategies, including employer branding, to establish talent pipeline
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with talents and hiring managers
  • Manage external recruiter relationships. Work to strengthen ties to key recruiter partners and source and open new recruiters.
  • Plan new hire orientation training and organize successfully
  • Provide internal HR training to hiring managers
  • Ad-hoc recruitment duties assigned

Who we’re looking for:

  • At least 5 years of direct recruiting / in-house Recruiter experience in both Korea & Japan markets
  • Include excellent interpersonal communication skills and can influence at all levels, result oriented with skillful research and candidate sourcing skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Korean; Japanese is a plus
  • A positive, can-do, proactive attitude
  • Good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient with standard business tools (email, voicemail, MS Office 365, etc.)
  • Previous ATS experience is preferred (Greenhouse)
