What You Can Do For Us

  • Collaborate with US team to understand and roll out training plan within APAC.
  • Liaise with APAC management team to customize and/or create training plan when necessary.
  • Coordinate with line managers and trainers to create orientation training schedules for each new hire.
  • Send finalized calendar invitations to all relevant parties (New Hires, Trainers, and Line managers / HOD)
  • Manage participant attendance and facilitate and/or conducting training session.
  • Gather and evaluate information from employees and management on previous training to identify weaknesses and areas that need additional training.
  • Maintain training records and training materials in SharePoint. (supporting EMEA when required)
  • Create and analyze training reports.
  • Research and recommend training materials and methods, create, and update the curriculum.
  • Handle administration of the APAC new hire mentor program
  • Planning and Scheduling for employee annual performance reviews within APAC and ensuring all files are kept orderly.
  • Any ad-hoc administrative & HR matters when assigned.

 

Who We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, English or related field
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting
  • Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and assess and analyze data
  • Proficient with standard business tools (Email, MS Office 365, etc.)
